When a recording artist has recorded a performance that captures the vibe of a song...but later discovers that the mic was at the wrong setting and that it will have to be re-recorded......that's a bummer ... it's sometimes hard to repeat or improve your first take. The feeling or the vocal range may not be as strong on a different day. I have some verses I recorded for my single "Waiting" on dynamic mic setting, and though I love the feel, the audio does not have the clarity it would have if recorded on condensor mic setting.
